1. Deposit of 30% required at time of booking/reservation
2. Full balance due 8 weeks before arrival/start of holiday

4. All bookings & reciept of monies will be confirmed in writing along with details of collection for the keys.
5. When making final payment please advise of your estimated arrival time
6. Arrival & Departure: During the main holiday season your booking is based on Saturday to Saturday - The property is available from 2.00pm - on arrival day and should be vacated by 10.00am on departure day.
